About Us

Josh Pelletier
Josh Pelletier is dedicated to regenerative agriculture, farm-to-table living, and producing nutrient-dense, organic food that supports healthy people, families, and communities. With a background as a French-trained culinary chef and champion wrestler, he brings to the table a unique blend of discipline, craftsmanship, and passion for real food. Josh believes that the health and well-being of each animal directly translates to the quality of the food we provide for your family

Emily Pelletier
Emily Pelletier is passionate about regenerative agriculture, land stewardship, and helping others connect more deeply to the land and their food. Emily pairs her farming experience with her work in New England real estate, where she focuses on preserving and transitioning farmland for future generations. She loves creating opportunities for people to learn, connect, and be a part of sustaining healthy farms and strong communities. She especially enjoys cooking home grown, farm-fresh foods with her husband, Josh, and meeting new faces at the farm store.

chris barillas, farm manager
A native of Litchfield, NH - Chris Barillas has been passionate about working with animals since the age of 10, when he first began working with horses—a pursuit he continues today with his horse training. After graduating from Bishop Guertin High School and attending the University of Wyoming, Chris spent years traveling between Wyoming and New Hampshire, gaining valuable experience working with both horses and cattle. While in New Hampshire, he worked on this very farm under its previous ownership. Today, Chris has returned to his hometown and is proud to serve as Farm Manager at Pelletier Farms, where he cares for the land, livestock, and community we serve.
